I meet with my peer group four times a year. There, I question client cases and situations that are not clear to me, or which I would like to check on.

I use coaching myself. This is for my own personal development, for discovery, for emotional learning. The continued development of my self-leadership and effectiveness is central to my understanding of my role.

I deepen my know-how or engage in new fields of interest. Therefore, I participate every year in selected courses.

I plan my capacity in a way that leaves time for reflection and processing.

All of this contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of my services.
